User/You- Customer/viewer/buyer/you (a person or any legal entity) who accepts the offer for sale by us by placing an order on our website.

- By using our website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set by our company.
- If you are aged below 18 years you are not allowed to use our website.
- Those who select to access our website from any location outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. We will deliver all products only within India and will not be held liable for any claims regarding any products ordered from outside India. In case any India state prohibits direct sale of product from other states and needs special documentation to effect a sale without dual taxation, if we receive an order from such a state or to be delivered to such a state under such situation we retain the right to accept or reject the placed orer.
- By indicating your acceptance to buy any product or service offered on our website, you are obligated to complete such transaction. Users are prevented from indicating their acceptance to buy products and services where they do not intend to complete these transactions.
- In case of a credit card transaction, always use your own credit card. We will not be liable for any fraud of credit card. The liability to use a credit card fraudulently will be on the user and onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be on the user exclusively.
- Any attempt by a user to damager our site deliberately or undermine our site’s legitimate operation is in violation of Criminal and Civil Laws and if such an attempt is made, Company has the right to seek damages/injunction from any such User to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If on confirmation such User details are found to be partly or wholly not true, the Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the Services available at our site without any prior intimation.

This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.
