What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee?

We only deliver a finished product that we are proud of. We work closely with our customers throughout the process and need their approval at each step so that we all are on the same page and they are 100 satisfied with their design. If for any reason they are not satisfied with their jewellery piece when they receive it, they can let us know and we will fix or remake it at no cost to them.

Are discounts available?

Yes. Subscribe to our e-mail list and you will stay updated on special offers and promotions. Create your online account or sign up for our newsletter.

Can I claim only a part of my placed order?

Yes. You can return a part of your placed order too. If you wish to claim it, we will refund the money.

What is your return/ exchange policy?

We want you to love the product you purchased from us. If you need to return any product, our team will assist you. For any return, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns and we will offer a complete refund on items that are only in stock. Any item returned after 14 days may be returned for online credit only. Returned products must be in original condition and not have any signs of wear or use and come in the original gift box. Once your return is received, all products will be carefully examined and full refund or online store credit will be issued within 7 days. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions mentioned here.

Can I return or exchange a product I bought on sale? 

Any product bought during a sale or sold at a discounted rate cannot be returned and refunded or exchanged. If you send such products back to us for a return we will be unable to process any refund. If you have any query regarding sizing, fit or fabric, contact our customer service before you place an order.

 

Placing an order

What are the available payment options?

We accept debit and credit cards payment. We also accept UPI payment and bank transfer. Your orders will only be processed after successful payment.

Shipping

Do I need to pay shipping charges when I place an online order?

We value our customers and to give them a satisfying shopping experience, we have waived off shipping charges.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, we will send you an email on the progress. You can also login to your online account and check your order status. On the shipment day, we will share an email on the delivery confirmation that will include your delivery-tracking information. We will keep you informed on the transportation process at each step.

When will my order be delivered?

After we dispatch the order, it will be delivered within 7-8 working days. It may take longer, in case of remote delivery areas.

                       

Care

How should I take care of my products?

We are committed in selecting and testing fabrics to make sure that all our clothing may be easily machine-washed. So please follow the care instructions provided for each clothing. If you have any doubt, try hand washing. If you wish to use the washing machine, please pit them with similar colours.

  • Use mild detergent during hand wash to maintain the colour and feel of the clothing. Rinse well in cold water and do not wring. Line dry your clothing inside-out and away from the sunlight.
  • Use cold water and hang or lay flat for drying.
  • Turn you clothing inside out and iron it using the lowest setting. To straighten out the wrinkles spray few drops of water.
